| HC stays transfer of Master made at behest of MLA | | | | Jammu, July 31 (JNF): Justice JP Singh of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing today stayed the transfer order of Master Ashok Kumar Parihar made at the behest of MLA Inderwal. The petitioner challenged his transfer order on the ground that Seven months, Director Education has transferred him at the present place of posting and the Chief Education Officer Kishtwar has transferred him at the behest of MLA Inderwal. Justice JP Singh after hearing counsel for the petitioner issued notice to respondents and in the meanwhile stayed the transfer order issued by Chief Education officer Kishtwar on July 23, 2012 which is indicated to have been passed at the behest of MLA Inderwal and is directed to stay until further orders. |
