| AISUF(S) stages protest, condemn attack on Gurudwara in US | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 6: The All India Sikh United Front -Secular (AISUF-S) staged a protest here against the attack in a Gurudwara in the US.
AISUF-S activists led by its President Advocate Gurdeep Singh Pandey Vice President Mandeep Singh, General Secretary Bharat Kumar, Provincial President Rashid , Vice President Advocate Navpreet Singh, raised slogans against US government and demanded stern action against the perpetrators of the ghastly act.
Speaking to the media, Gurdeep Singh Pandey said we strongly condemn the attack on Gurudwara Sahib as it is not only an attack on a religious place but it is also an attack on the dignity, honour and the religious sentiments of Sikh community.
He said that Sikh Community has contributed immensely to the Socio-economic life of America.
Pandey said that US Government should take the strictest off measures to bring the culprits of this heinous crime to book and also to expose the agencies behind the attack. He also expresses condolence to the families of those who attained martyrdom in the shoot out.
Pandey called upon the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and the government of India to take up this matter with the US Government with full force. |
