4 member NIA team arrives at Kishtwar | Probe into Delhi High Court blast | | Early Times Report Kishtwar, Aug 7: Four member National Investigating Agency (NIA) probing last year's September 7 blast outside Delhi High Court arrived here to quiz Hizb militant Rizwan presently in custody of Doda police. The NIA visit to Kishtwar comes in wake of killing of two HM militants including prime suspect Amir Ali Kamal alias Akram at Dachhan yesterday. According to the reports, the NIA officials held meeting with JK Police at Kishtwar and Doda. They also met the 10 RR men and discussed circumstances that lead to the killing of accuse Amir Kamal. The NIA officials will quiz Sajjad Ahmed Mir alias Rizwan a close associate of Chota Hafiz about the whereabouts of Chota Hafiz and other HM militants operating in Marwah and Dachhan area of Kishtwar District and is wanted by the NIA in Delhi High Court blast. The NIA during its questioning with Rizwan will try to ascertain more clues about the nature and involvement of absconding HM commander Chota Hafiz and Junaid Akram Malik. NIA will focus its investigation to verify the claims made by the Dr. Waseem Akram Malik, Amir Abbas Dev and minor Abid Hussain Bhawani during his interrogation after their name was surfaced in Delhi High Court blast after an email claiming responsibility of the blast trace to a local cyber café in Kishtwar. It is worth mentioning that NIA probing the Delhi High Court case has received a major setback in its investigation with the killing of Amir Kamal since the organization wants to capture all the 3 accused alive so as to unmask the antinational elements involved behind the Delhi High Court blast left 16 dead and wounded 80 others. The sources said that senior NIA officials had taken a strong note of reports pertaining to the killing of Amir Ali Kamal in which it has been claimed that slain Amir Ali Kamal was poisoned before he was killed in police operation. There are four bullet marks on the dead body of Amir Ali Kamal, one in chest, one in abdomen and two in his legs. |
