KISHTWAR, Aug 7: After sending fellers to the security forces for surrender few months ago, Hizb commander Shakir Hussain Sheikh alias Chota Hafiz, prime accused in last year September 7 blast outside Delhi High Court demands reinvestigation in Delhi High Court blast in which he (Chota Hafiz) along with two others Amir Ali Kamal (now dead) and Junaid Akram Malik has been named as co-accused in the case along with three other Kishtwari youths Dr. Waseem Akram, Amir Abbas Dev, minor Abid Hussain Bhawani and few other Pakistani militants.
In an exclusive video available with "Early Times" recorded few weeks ago, Chota Hafiz again denied its hand in Delhi High Court blast case and blamed the media for creating hype of their names in which they were projected as accused in blast case. In his 3 minute 13 second video graphic message, Chota Hafiz himself introduced as a soldier of Hizbul Mujahedeen. "False blame of our involvement in Delhi High Court blast was put on us---- this is totally wrong and there is no truth in it. This thing is to understand that we people live in one of the far flung area of district Kishtwar and it cannot be compared with place like Delhi and we people have no such facilities to execute the blast at a place like Delhi," said Chota Hafiz. He said that he and his associates are fighting hard for their survival in forests of Kishtwar district and said that he had rejected the allegation of their involvement in Delhi High Court blast. He said that he had condemned the Delhi blast in which innocent people lost their lives. "We have no knowledge about such blasts and this is not our handy work," said Chota Hafiz.
"If there is any such issue, then it was not we people, it might be those people who are either sitting on other side of the border or somewhere else in Jammu and Kashmir," Chota Hafiz added. He said that media has played an important role in hyping the matter out of bound and has no reality in media claims.
"I urged up on the Government of India to reinvestigate the Delhi High Court blast case and act against the real culprits involved behind the execution of blast," Chota Hafiz said. He denied that he had killed Saleem alias Shamsher Kanna and Junaid Akram Malik.
"Saleem met the head of our organization and it came to know me that he (Saleem) informed them that he is in constant touch with heads of the organization in Pakistan and want to infiltrate on other side of the border along with the group of newly recruited youths from Kishtwar/Kashmir and other places and demanded the custody of Juniad Akram Malik," Chota Hafiz said. He added that the heads of the organization might have handed over Junaid to Saleem and since then we have no knowledge about their whereabouts. He said that only heads of the HM outfits were in a position to tell anything about whereabouts of Junaid Akram Malik and Saleem whether they were in Pakistan, Kashmir or in Jammu.
"They charged us with killing of Junaid Akram Malik and Saleem which is not true," said Chota Hafiz. He said that neither they are terrorists nor they are murderer. "We are peace loving people and wants peace," said Chota Hafiz. He said that it took him a long time to send this communication to the Government of India since we are helpless and have no communication with anyone outside.
"I as a true Muslim testify by taking oath of God that I have no link with Delhi High Court blast-our names have unnecessary been dragged into the controversies --- we are not anyone's enemy," Chota Hafiz said while distancing himself from Delhi High Court blast case. He ended of his video massage and raised question that he is only a person in Jammu and Kashmir to be blamed for everything and complete its massage with famous Urdu couplets. "Hum Aah Bi Karte Hai Hojatay Hai Badnaam, Wo Qatal Bi Karte Hay Charcha Bi Nahi Hota."
