Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 7: All J&K Sikh Organisations today convened a meeting to take stock of the incident of killing of innocent, unarmed Sikh devotees in Gurudwara Sahib in Oak Greek, Wisconsin in USA.
Expressing their resentment and anguish, the members said that the shameless shootout in Gurudwara resulting into killing of seven Sikh devotees and injury to a few others, who had gone to pay obeisance and pray for peace and welfare of humanity is an act which needs to be condemned by one and all alike.
This is unique type of shoot out in which fire was opened without any reason on innocent devotees. Such an action in a democratic country like USA where every one is free to pray and preach as per their religious faith has completely shaken the Sikh community not only in USA but throughout the world. We strongly condemn this act and call upon USA Government to have the detailed investigation and bring all those responsible to justice, the members maintained.
