JAMMU, Aug 8: As part of party's country-wide 1-day programme at district levels to highlight the problems being faced by farmers, hundreds of BJP Kissan Morcha leaders and activists led by Morcha State President Karan Singh, held a massive protest demonstration outside the office of Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
Later, they submitted separate memorandums for further submission to Prime Minister on flood situation and the UPA's changing policy on fertilizers. Kasturi Lal Sharma, Yash Pal, Raghubir Singh, Narinder Singh, Bodh Raj, Karan Singh, Shamsher Singh, Swarn Singh, Rajinder Singh, Balwan Singh, Mohan Lal, Jagdish Pandey, Pishori Lal and others took part in this protest demonstration. |
