| Army jawan commits suicide in Samba | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 8 : An Army jawan allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself inside the camp in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir. "A jawan identified as Arun V, son of Vishwa Mohan, resident of Pilli Manar, Kerala this morning shot himself with his service rifle in his camp and ended his life," police sources here said.
They said on hearing the gun shot, his colleagues rushed to the spot and found him lying in a pool of blood. "He was immediately shifted to the hospital but declared as brought dead," they added. Reason for death is yet to be ascertained while a case has been registered and investigations are in progress. |
