| Zero Hour in Legislative Council | | | Responding to the point raised by Prof. Bhim Singh during the Zero Hour in Legislative Council Minister for Transport Mr. Mangat Ram Sharma said that a high level security related meeting will be convened to review the security scenario in the state under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister in which MLAs, MLCs besides, prominent representatives of the political parties will also be called. Mr. Mohammad Iqbal demanded speedy work on Thatri road of Doda district and Mr. Arvinder Singh demanded provision of safe drinking water to the people of Jammu city. Mr. Lal Mohammad Sabir demanded adequate staff for recently upgraded High School at Sagra of border area of Rajouri district while as Mrs. Farida Mir demanded check on sale and purchase of intoxicated medicines in the state especially in Anantnag district. Mr. Nazir Ahmed Mir demanded posting of doctors and para medical staff at Health Sub-Centre Thanamandi Rajouri with adequate medicare facilities. Mr. Bilal Ahmad Lodhi demanded upgradation of Government High School Narbal to the level of Higher Secondary School. |
