| Javed Azad inaugurates fire tender service camp | | | Bhaderwah, FEB 05
Chairman of the Bhaderwah Municipality Javed Azad inaugurated Civil Defence fire tender service camp with the lighting of the traditional lamp in presence of SDM Bhaderwah P.K.Pole at Government Higher Secondary School for boys here today. Large number of the prominent citizens including councilors was also present on the occasion.
Speaking at the inaugural function, Javed Azad threw light on the importance of the tender service in this far flung area and said the Civil Defense volunteers are ready for help to general masses at any time .He also urged upon the people to become part of the Civil Defense fire tender service to help the needy people at critical times.
He also appreciated the volunteers for their active participation in the Republic Day celebrations.
SDM, who also spoke on the occasion, appreciated the working of the volunteers.
Those present at the camp included Principal Government Degree College Dr Mohammed Iqbal, Dr Shafqet Rafeqi, Fareed Ahmed Fani, ASP Bhaderwah M.L.Mehra, and Choudhry Mohammed Iqbal.
