Protest in support of Yoga Guru's crusade against black money held | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 12: Continuing their support to the crusade launched by Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev at National capital against corruption and brining back the black money back to india, the state chapter of Bharat Swabhiman Trust, today staged protest in front of Press Club Jammu and warned the government if it fails to do so they will intensify their stir and even are ready to court arrest. Earlier during protest Purani mandi Mandir,Mahant Rameshwer Das warned for a "big revolution" if the government did not meet their demands for enactment of a strong Lokpal and measures to end corruption. He Said that ruling central government knows that if it brings a strong Lokpal 90 percent of its minister would be behind the bars. He said that Bharat swabhiman Trust take this agitation countrywide and appeal all the countrymen to join their movement. Trust Sangathan Mantri G L Sharma said that this movement has no political motive and it has a social and democratic agenda. He said that peace and non violence are the edifices on which the movement stands. Convenor Pensioners Association, J&K and an active supporter ongoing struggle for brining back black money from foreign banks, Mukand Lal Sharma, said that Bawa Ram Dev had written to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to listen their demands which includes black money stashed in foreign banks, a strong Lokpal Bill and a transparent process in naming heads of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the election commission. Criticizing Congress led UPA, he said that the party does not care for the welfare of the 120 Crore people and has no right to govern the country. Distt president of host organization BST, Sardar Amarjeet Singh said that they had served ultimatum to Govt to take action to bring back black money or declaring it as National asset. He also said that Prime Minister must intervene to show political honesty and political will on the matter. Among those who spoke on the occasion included BST (Kissan Cell) Rajya Prabari Rohit Bali, Pawan Shastri, Raman Sharma, Ram Pal Shastri and others.
