Jammu, AUG-14 (JNF):- J&K High Court effected a major reshuffle of Higher/Subordinate Judiciary in which 19 District/Additional Sessions Judges, 19 CJM/Sub-Judges and 16 Munsiffs were transferred. The order issued by Principal Secretary Suresh Sharma to Chief Justice on the direction of Full Court which was held under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice MM Kumar by way of Video Conferencing.
According to the Suresh Kumar Sharma presently Principal Secretary to Chief Justice has been transferred and posted as Registrar General of J&K High Court, Mohd Yousaf Akhoon Registrar Judicial of J&K High Court Srinagar Wing has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Chief Justice. Aijaz Ahmed Mir Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial J&K High Court Srinagar Wing. Rakesh Sagar Jain Principal District & Sessions Judge Samba has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial J&K High Court Jammu Wing. Amit Kumar Gupta Sub-Judge Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar Judicial J&K High Court Jammu Wing.
