| 17th August not be observed as public holiday | | | Early Times Report
srinagar, Aug 16: Government today ordered that 17th August, 2012 (Friday) shall not be observed as public holiday on account of Jumat-ul-Vida as declared under Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 vide Government Order No-1392-GAD of 2011 dated 8-12-2011.
However, said holiday shall continue to be observed as a State holiday in Government offices and educational institutions as noticed vide Govt No. 1391-GAD-2011 dated 8-12-2011. |
