| Omar offers Eid prayers at Hazratbal | | Extends greetings to people, prays for welfare, prosperity of State | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 20 : Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah today offered Eid prayers at Hazratbal here amongst the large congregation.
The Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Advisor to the Chief Minister, Mubarak Gul also offered Eid Nimaz at Hazratbal Shrine.
The Chief Minister exchanges Eid greetings with the people and felicitation them. He expressed the hope that the holy day will be harbinger for peace and prosperity and well being of the State.
On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the Chief Minister received hundreds of people at his residence here who visited there to personally convey Eid Mubarak to the Chief Minister.
The visitors included Ministers, Legislators, Officers, social and political leaders and general public. |
