| JKTF demands withdrawal of teachers' suspension | | |

KATHUA, Aug 21: A delegation of JKTF District Kathua led by its district president Puran Singh met Chief Education Officer Kathua and urged for withdrawal or impugned order regarding suspension of four teachers of Government High School Lakhanpur.
CEO Kathua asked Headmaster High School Lakhanpur to submit the relevant papers regarding the teachers of his school with his comments to this office which will be further submitted to
Director School Education Jammu for appropriate orders.
Surjit Singh, Provincial Vice President, Parveen Singh, Amarnath Thakur, Kuldeep Singh (District President Physical Education Teachers Association) and Ashwani Sharma also briefed the media and asked for immediate withdrawal of said order otherwise threatened to protest against the authorities. |
