| Several join JKDF | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 21: A public meeting was held by Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) in Ward No 15, Rampura Mohalla in Jammu East Assembly Constituency wherein several Congress workers joined the party.
Large number of people including women, youth and senior citizens of Ward attended the meeting. Meeting was organized to boost the various party activities in order to build the mass base among different areas of Jammu City. The meeting was chaired by Chairman JKDF Anil Gupta in presence of senior party leaders Satpal Grover (Ex Corporator) and Murari Lal Balgotra. On the occasion, about 20 Congress workers from Ward No 15 joined JKDF. Welcoming the new entrants into party fold, Anil Gupta said JKDF is a fast growing political group which has emerged as people's voice in short span of time. Our objective is to focus on people's problems and developmental activities where Jammu is still lagging behind. |
