DDC chairs Awami Adalat

Pulwama, February 06
Deputy Commissioner Pulwama alongwith a team of district officers chaired a Awami Adalat at Awantipora today. Attended by a good number of people, various problems and grievences were put forth. The people among other things demanded 24 hour power supply to the areas in which electric meters have been installed, continue supply of drinking water to the area, upgradation of High School to Higher Secondary School, augmentation of roads and link-roads in the area and installation of street lights.
The Deputy Commissioner gave a patient hearing to the people and assured that the problems and issues raised will be redressed at the earliest.
