President JKBWA and Ex MLA Sat Pal Lakhotra while addressing a press conference here today said that this is not for the first time that the reservation in promotion has been stopped by the Apex Court. It was stopped in 1992 according to the decision of the Apex Court in case titled Indira Sawhney v/s Union of India.
