Pak National awarded three years RI | | | early times report Jammu, Aug 21 (JNF): 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjeev Gupta has awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine Rs 10,000 to Syed Asif Ali Shah s/o Syed Wajid Ali Shah r/o Multan Pakistan who entered into the Indian Territory without valid documents. According to the police case that on May 29, 2012 Amry officials posted at Army Post Chakla noticed some movement in the bushes but due to darkness nothing could be traced. The search operation was launched , the army party spotted a person who had infiltrated to Indian side moving near the fence. The individual was apprehended in the territory of Indian side who on questing disclosed his name as Syed Ali Shah. He was taken to army unit and later on was handed over to the police. Police after completion of investigation presented challan u/s 14-A Foreigners Act and 3 Passport Act. 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjeev Gupta Additional Public Prosecutor GS Charak for the state whereas Adv BL Chattha for the accused persons, awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine Rs 10,000 to Syed Asif Ali Shah s/o Syed Wajid Ali Shah r/o Multan Pakistan who entered into the Indian Territory without valid documents. |
