Court denies bail to accused involved in fake appointment orders | | | early times report Jammu, Aug 22 (JNF): CJM Jammu Jatinder Singh Jamwal has rejected the bail application of Mohd Yousaf Wani son of Abdul Ahad Wani R/o Kunzar Tangmarg who is allegedly involved in fabrication of fake appointment orders. While rejecting the bail application, CJM Jammu Jatinder Singh Jamwal after hearing Chief Prosecuting Officer Harminder Singh for the state observed that after perusal of the case dairy that the investigation of the case is still in progress and many facts of crucial significance are still to be unearthed. The allegation against the accused person to the fabrication of fake appointment orders of various Govt jobs and provided the same to innocent villagers after inducing them to part with huge amounts. The commission of crime surfaced only after one of the certificates managed in the aforesaid manner was found to have been fabricated. The factum of the documents in question being fake and fabricated has been already established but the identity and role of other culprits involved in the commission of offence is still to be ascertained. As a matter of fact none of the other accused persons has been arrested so far. The matter involved public interest can hardly be over emphasized. With these observations Court dismissed the bail application. |
