| Woman leader seeks strengthening of Bhalla's hands | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 24: President Mahila Wing and Senior Congress leader Chanchal Popli called upon the people of Ward No. 54 in Trikuta Nagar to strengthen hands of Minister for Revenue Raman Bhalla.
This was stated by the President Mahila Wing and Senior Congress leader Chanchal Popli at an interactive meeting with locals of Ward No. 54, here today. Popli said that Bhalla sahib is the only leader who fulfils aspirations of the people of the Gandhi Nagar constituency. She said that Bhalla has made concerted efforts in providing in frastr uctural facilities across his home constituency like safe drinking water, electricity, schools, colleges, air conditioned auditorium besides road connectivity to unconnected areas. She said 'dream of Bhalla is to provide succor to his home constituency from development activities, adding that for this purpose, he arranged liberal funding for developing the open spaces as recreational parks, walkways, construction of deep drill tube wells, receiving stations, schools and roads. On the occasion, prominent personalities including Vijay Gupta, Devinder Seth, Hari Gandotra, R.L.Handoo, A.B.Abrol, Lal Man Sharma, Tipu Dhawan, Subchander Verma, Ashok Prabhakar, Prithviraj Raj Sharma and Dr. S.L.Abrol. |
