In this connection JKPDTU also met with DC Kathua where as it was assured to submit their demand charter into the notice of state Govt. While expressing the serious concerns over the injustice with the labour class, district president of JKPDTU Randeep Singh Jasrotia said that this is the act of discrimination and injustice with more than 10000 workers of various industries. He said that this ESI dispensary is located near by the residential colonies of labourer where they have bee getting all the medical facilities easily and smoothly since long. Area especially very close to labour colony of the C.T.M and other industries in Kathua wherein huge number of workers families are residing. On closing of already well set up ESID wherein more than 2-3 hundred patients are being treated daily. It shall be great injustice and discrimination with the labour class and their families.
