| Contempt notice issued to Com/Secy Cooperative & ors | | Sainik Colony Co-Operative Housing Society Issue | | early times report
Jammu, Aug 24 (JNF): In a contempt petition filed by Col KS Padwal (rtd) Chairman Sainik Cooperative House Building Society, Justice Hasnain Massodi of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today issued notices to Dr. Syed Mohd Fazlullah Commissioner/Secretary Cooperative, Sudershan Sharma Registrar Cooperatives and Udham Dass Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies (Agri) Jammu returnable within two weeks.
After hearing Adv Nirmal Kotwal submitted that the respondents have over reached the process of law and without seeking any modification has violated the directions of the Court, thereby showing disrespect to the orders of the High Court. He also submitted that respondent Udham Dass Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies (Agri) Jammu has assumed the charge on August 18, 2012 as Administrator when the directions of the Court are still in force.
