| Committee on Privileges meets | | | early times report
SRINAGAR, Aug 28: A meeting of Committee on Privileges of Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of . Harsh dev Singh, MLA here today.
Legislators who are the members of the Committee include Ajaz Ahmad Jan and . Krishan Chander attended the meeting.
The Committee discussed the Warrant of Precedence viz-a-viz the privileges and immunities conferred upon the Legislators by the Constitution and other related issues with the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Secretary to Government, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Secretary to Government General Administrative Department.
Committee also discussed the case pertaining to the officials of traffic department in connection with the breach of privilege given by Zahoor Ahmad Mir, MLA.
