8/31/2012 10:27:05 PM
Early Times Report
KATHUA, Aug 31: Expressing resentment over the new re-evaluation policy adopted by Jammu University, the students of Government Degree College, Kathua held a massive protest in front of the main gate of college. Led by student leader Amrish Singh Jasrotia, the protesting students demanded to roll back the new policy. While condemning the university administration, Jasrotia said that the re-evaluation rule should not be changed because as per the new rule the time period for revaluation is reduced from 15 days to 7 days and that in case of increased marks, average marks would be counted. He said that old rule of revaluation is better for the interest of the students.
