| Omar hailed for regularization of PDD dailywagers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 31: All J&K PDD Daily Wagers Union has hailed Chief Minister and others for mitigating the long pending and genuine demand of regularization of the Daily Wagers of PDD.
According to the press statement in a meeting held on the other day the union whole heartedly thanked the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Davinder Singh Rana - Political Advisor to the CM , MoS Shabir Ahmed Khan and higher PDD officials, for mitigating the long pending and genuine demand of regularisation of the Daily Wagers of PDD.
They recalled that it was decided in the Cabinet Meeting held on 30.08.12 that the 3000 Daily Wagers (1500 from Jammu Region & 1500 from Kashmir Region) shall be regularized in the PDD.
