Sangram Sena demands uninterrupted power supply in Dansal | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 1: Aggrieved over frequent power cuts in Dansal block, the J&K Sangram Sena held a meeting of its activists and local people to discuss the poor power scenario. The meeting was chaired by Sangram Sena President Ram Rattan Raina along with Ram Pal, President DLF. While addressing the meeting, Raina strongly condemned the attitude of PDD towards block Dansal which remain totally dark during nights. He said that Sangram Sena is continuously demanding removal of night cuts which invite snake biting incidents Sangram Sena has already blocked NH1A at Nagrota and on the assurance of XEn and S.H.O Nagrota, Sangram Sena suspended its protest but one month has passed and there is no improvement in the situation. Cautioning the authorities, the Sangram Sena leader said that if the authorities do not take steps to end power curtailments then a strong protest would again be staged and NH1A would be blocked at Domail. |
