SSSS expresses gratitude on smooth conduct of Machail yatra | | | Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Sept 1: Thakur Kulbir Singh Jamwal, Patron-in-Chief, Sarv Shakti Sewak Sanstha (SSSS), Machail Yatra management on the conclusion of annual Machail Yatra has thanked and expressed his gratitude to the civil administration of districts of Doda and Kishtwar, police and para military forces for their help and assistance to the organization for making the said yatra a great success. Jamwal in a press statement issued today also thanked all the people who have served the yatries in one or the other form like providing of free langars and accommodations for night stays all through the yatra and the volunteers who have rendered their services to the yatries and sanstha without any kind or consideration. He also thanked the yatries who despite a tough and hilly terrain keep their faith in blessings of Mata Chandi, made this yatra a great success for sanstha without any major assistance or help from administration or government which is evident from the fact that more than 2.5 lakh yatries have visited the holy Machail Mata temple. Despite great success, no minister or any senior officer of the government could make a courtesy visit to know about the wellbeing of the yatries. He further congratulated and wished the best of luck to all the workers and members of the sanstha for their contributions and devotion towards Mata Chandi which has made this, once a 25 people yatra (in 1980) to a mammoth 2,50000 in 2012. |
