CM stays away from Twitter | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 1 : While the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has large number of followers on micro-blogging site Twitter but he has recently preferred to stay away from tweeting. Famous as 'Tweeter Chief Minister', Abdullah, who had been in news for some of his tweets, has started avoiding socialising on the site. According to the sources, the Chief Minister in the month of August has tweeted just four times but in July there were 103 tweets. Last month in one of his tweets Abdullah has said he has nothing to tweet something special. On August 19, the Chief Minister extended 'Eid Mubarak' wishes on Twitter but, thereafter, he did not tweeted on the site. Junior Abdullah had been in news in the past for some for his 'controversial' tweets especially during Presidential polls wherein he expressed his views against P A Sangma. The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister however, have 1,72,783 followers out of which he follows nearly 65 and till date he had tweeted 5200 times. |
