| 2 kgs Charas recovered | | | Srinagar, Feb 07
Police today recovered Charas weighing 2.7 kilograms from a drug peddler in Anantnag district of South Kashmir.
Official sources said that on a specific information police intercepted Javid Ahmed Khan son of Ghulam Muhammad Kahan resident of Qazi bagh, Anantnag at Bus Stand Anantnag, about 11:30 AM today.
During the frisking of the suspect he was found to be in possession 2.700 Kgs Charas, sources told News Agency of Kashmir. He was immediately taken into custody and a case under NDPS has been registered against him.
