Jammu, Sept 2: Terming the coal scam one of the biggest scams of the world BJP national Spokesperson and MP Tarun Vijay said that this scam has exposed the Manmohan Singh led UPA government.
Talking to reports here today along with Party National executive member and chief spokesperson of state BJP Dr Jitendra Singh, Mr. Vijay said the scam has exposed the UPA and signals the mid-term poll are round the corner.
He said Rs One lakh eighty six thousand crore scam will spell a doom for congress led UPA Government as earlier Rajiv Gandhi Government was ousted from power for Rs 65,000 cr defence scam. He reiterated BJP's demand that PM should have moral responsibility and quit besides all 142 licenses be cancelled. Mr. Vijay also demanded that judicial commission be constituted to probe this scam and licenses given. Expressing concern over the scam he said this way UPA is posing a threat to nation as they have looted the nation and have turned more looters than British rulers.

He lambasted the state government for not honoring the 2008 agreement made by it with representatives of Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti(SAYSS). By disrespecting the agreement it appears that Chief Minister again wants to breach peace in Jammu region.
Making a scathing attack on UPA, he said that this political dispensation does not have capacity and capability to run the government as all of its ministers are neck deep involved in corruption. Questioning the visit of ex-interlocutors to J&K, he said they are themselves disputed. Their body is in India and soul somewhere else, he added.
With their report they have disrespected the nation. The report submitted by them is advocating Hurriyat cause and they pose as representatives of congress.
He also strongly advocated for grant of citizenship rights to Balmiki people in J&K who were brought here for cleaning the city during the government of Bakshi Ghulam Mohammed. He also took strong objection to the statement of Hurriyat hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani and said he has no right to interfere in India's affair as he is anti national. |
