| Youth held for making MMS clip of teenager | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 8: Akhnoor police arrested a Katra based youth for his alleged involvement in making an obscene MMS footage of a teenage girl in Akhnoor, police said today.
Police said that the said MMS was allegedly made at the residence of accused youth a few days ago with his teenager (14-yrs) girl friend. The accused has been identified as Rinku Sharma(18) s/o Kewal Krishan of Katra. “Police came to know about the pornographic clip after it circulated through MMS to many people, a police officer said adding, “The girl is a student of class 10th of a private school in Akhnoor.”
As soon as the matter leaked out, the police swung into action and after identifying the accused the police arrested the youth. “He was booked under FIR 206 u/s 376 CrPC , 66E (Punishment for violation of privacy) 66A (Punishment for sending offensive messages through communication service, etc). Meanwhile police has launched a massive hunt for the other accomplices in the said act. The interrogation of the accused in progress to dig out more details, police sources maintained. |
