| 7 rescued from flash floods in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 8 : Seven persons were today rescued from flash floods in Jammu district.
Five persons collecting sand in a tractor trolley were caught in flash floods in Tawi river in Belicharana area of the district today, officials said.
After two hours long rescue operation they were rescued, they said.In another incident, two youth were washed away in flash flood in Nagrota area of Jammu today, officials said, adding they were rescued by locals after great effort. |
