| AJKSEEF seeks more job creation | | | JAMMU, FEB 8 All Jammu and Kashmir School Education (non teaching) Employees Forum (AJKSEEF) has demanded that state government should create more jobs for non-teaching staff in the educational institutes including two directorates. Addressing a press conference here today, the president of the association Bashir Ahmed Malik said that reorganization of Department of Education is the need of the hour. He demanded for removal of secretariat training bar to senior assistants for their promotion as head assistants. He further demanded detachment of teachers from the offices in lieu of clerks and adjustment of KAS officers as Chief Education Officers to gear p the administration in School Administration Department. They have also demanded the state government to lift Type test in the selection of class IV employee for their future promotion as junior assistants. Others who spoke on the occasion include president of the forum, Nusrat Ahmed Beig and General State Secretary Haji Mohd Hussain.
