Public sector employees seek implementation of 6th Pay Commission | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 9: All Public Sector Employees and Workers Federation (APSEWF) has urged the state government to implement 6th pay commission report in all the public sector units of Jammu and Kashmir. This demand was raised by a delegation of public sector employees led by Amrik Singh Sasan during a meeting with Minister of Revenue and Relief Raman Bhalla. The delegation further demanded release of six pay commission arrears to all PSUs, enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years, regularization of all daily wager and consolidated employees, budgetary support to all PSUs with proper allocation of funds, implementation of gratuity act along with release 6th pay commission arrears and other benefits in favour of retired persons of PSUs in one go with out any delay. Deputation represented by the Trade Union Leaders of different Corporations viz S. Amrik Singh Sasan, S.Surjeet Singh, Darshan Singh, Jagdish Shanna, Mohd. Iqbal, Dalbir Singh, Jagjeet Singh, Karam Chand, Ashok Dutta, Som Raj Chandal, Gopal Sharma, Kuldip Vikram, Samaj Nath, Rajinder Singh, and Tanjeet Singh, Rajesh Khajuria and Pawan Sharma & others. Surjeet Singh, President of APSEWFJ thanked Minister of Revenue and Relief for patiently listening to them. |
