| RTO challana 34 vehicles, seizes one | | |

The Regional Transport Officer (RTO) M.A Qazi along ARTO Rajeshwar Singh and Shammi Kumar conducted extensive checking of vehicles at chadwal and Markeen in border areas of the district and challaned 34 vehicles in violating of traffic rules. The team also seized one valuable.
At Bilawar, Qazi held a meeting of local of transporters, managers of Kathua, Banihal and matador bus operators and asked them to avoid, overloading and rackless driving. He directed the vehicle operators to wear uniform prescribed under law.
