| JKPA warns ‘miscreants’ for using associating name, logo | | |

The members of JK Pharmacists association (JKPA) have taken a session note with regard to some persons who are misusing the name of the association for their vested interests.
The president of the JKPA, Surjeet Singh in a press meet held here today warned the miscreant not to use association’s name and logo, failing which legal action under rules would be initiated against them.
The general secretary of JKPA apprised the gathering that association is going to re-organize its district and tehsil units shortly in the region. He also urged the Drug department to educate the chemists about the rules and laws of the pharmacy. Orginising secretary Rakesh Mongi also spoke in the accession.
