| Live grenade recovered in school | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTE

Panic gripped the Higher Secondary School Poonch when a live garnade was recovered from a scrapped almirah in the premises of the school.
According to reports the construction work was on in the school and in the meantime, labourer found a live grenade packed in polythene bag in the almirah allegedly belonging to the lab assistant of the school.
The laborers immediately informed the local police and police immediately rushed to the spot and seized the grenade. Police has also launched a search operation in the area but no ammunition was recovered in the search. Police is also investigating the matter.
