| Kouser demands filling up of vacant posts of doctors | | | Jammu | Feb. 10 Senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and Zonal president Mahore Mumtaz Kouser has urged upon the state government to provide better medicare facility to the people of Gulabgarh constituency. Addressing a series of meeting at Mahore, Sungri, Angrala, Chassana during her week long tour to the area, Mumtaz said that the Sub District Hospital (SDH) Mahore is lacking medicare facility and the people of the area are suffering due to insufficient medicare facility and doctors. “Most of the posts of doctors including Gynecologist are lying vacant due to which many pregnant woman have died on way to SDH Reasi’, she alleged”, and urged the health and medical minister to personally look into the matter to end the miseries of Gulabgarh constituency. Demanding early completion of 17-km Angralla Gulabgarh road and 72 km Tuli Bana to Narlu , she said that due to bad conditions of these roads most of the people get killed in road accidents. Urging power minister for adequate power supply to the far off villages of Gulabgarh constituency, Mumtaz said that the most of the villages of the said constituency are without power. She further appealed the minister for PHE and flood control and irrigation Muhammad Dilawer Mir to provide funds for the early completion of Water Supply Schemes, WWS Gulabgarh , Dewal, Dugga, Larkhor, Shidol, Arbas, Neoch, Tuksan, Buthoie, Channa Neosi, Shajru Bagam Kote and Kanthi. The PDD leader asked the party workers to strengthen the hands of PDP patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed and Party President Mehbooba Mufti and help to restore peace and normalcy in the state.
