Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 2: Many eye-brows raised as BJP's mass base leader and party's stalwart Sukhnandan Choudhary was missing in the function organized at his home turf Marh where some Panchayat members joined the party. Ironically Ram Madhav visited Marh but Sukhnandan Choudhary was missing from the event. Marh is fiefdom of Sukhnandan Choudhary, who has not only won two successive assembly elections from this seat but also lost two successive assembly polls by narrow margin.
