Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Dec 3: Shaken by the huge voter turnout in the first two phases of the ongoing Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today questioned JK's accession with India and claimed that the Himalayan state had conditionally acceded to India. Omar while addressing an election gathering at Soibugh, the native village of the Hizbul Mujahideen chief commander Syed Salahuddin, Omar Abdullah, in order to address the Jamaat vote bank, raised Kashmir issue.
