SRINAGAR, Nov 30: Falah-e-Aam Trust (FAT) Jammu and Kashmir, an off shoot of Jameat-e- Islami which looks after the schools run by it is learnt to have come out with a circular that the teachers with the qualification of 12th pass will be terminated from the services.
