Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 11: In a glaring example of political and administrative favoritism , Rural Development Department (RDD), Kishtwar police, Crime Branch and the government functionaries at the helm of the affairs have failed to initiate any legal action against the employees appointed by the RDD as Junior Engineers on fake certificates while as in similar cases of same nature, wherein teachers appointed in education Department Kishtwar on fake/forged certificates has not only been terminated by the department, but Kishtwar police also registered an FIR No: 98/2012 U/S 420/466/467/468/471 RPC against these accuse teachers and produce the challan in court of law.
