Poonch, Mar 29: Even as the model code of conduct is in place, government employees especially teachers are seen campaigning openly for political parties in Poonch. The officials seem unconcerned to the development.
According to the sources, many teachers are found campaigning for different political parties on social sites and their officers and election observers are seem unconcerned.
Sources said that teachers especially in Poonch are appealing general masses to cast their vote in favour of particular candidate.
There is tough competition between two national partiers and teachers and other employees are openly campaigning for them.

The concept of Departmental Vigilance officers (DVOs) in government departments was to help in identifying corrupt officers.
