jammu, July 13: The state government has reportedly put the recommendations of cancelling Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs) of over 150 outsiders into cold storage, reportedly due to pressure exerted by the strong lobby of these non local businessmen.
Sources informed Early Times that Jammu and Kashmir Revenue department had recommended cancellation of PRCs of over 150 people, who were actually non state subjects and had obtained certificate by illegal means.
