Jammu, July 1: Since the suspension animation of state assembly in Jammu and Kashmir, a couple of sycophant officers are gnawing their nails, knowing that they have little time more to clung to prime posts as incharges.
According to sources, the Governor NN Vohra has sought the details of the head of various departments, corporations and Boards and many influential medicores, who are heading the departments as incharge may likely to be shown exit doors.
"There are many officers who have been enjoying political patronage and remain stuck to prime position, despite being ineligible or incompetent. Now, since the governor rule is in imposition, the officers will be shunted out," said sources, adding that some mediocre officers are holding prime positions as incharge officer since last many years, as against the rules and regulations.
Some heads in education department, industries department, revenue department among others are in charge since last many years, as they had good political backing.

kishtwar, July 1: After the name of Madarsa head Nisar Ahmed Ganie surfaced in the high profile Hizb terror module which was busted by the Kishtwar Police, Early Times today visited the Madarsa to take stock of the situation on ground.

Anantnag, July 1 : With the resumption of Amarnath Yatra, the black marketing of tickets for helicopter services to Holy Cave has also started.
Sources told Early Times that a number unregistered tour and travel agents at Pahalgam are selling these tickets to pilgrims at very exorbitant rates.
"At Pahalgam pilgrims are being charged over Rs 9,000 for a ticket," they claimed.
