SRINAGAR, Aug 7: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah dropping a bombshell by claiming that a Non Resident Kashmiri youth from Australia has joined a global militant outfit Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has created ripples across Kashmir.
