Blue eyed JA CAPD promoted to TSO 11/7/2014 12:32:46 AM Mohd Irfan Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 6: Contradicting the claims of Minister of CAPD Choudhary Ramzan that seniority is being taken into consideration for officials while effecting promotions, a blue eyed junior assistant has been promoted to TSO post. Sources said this blue eyed official is Pranav Gandotra who was appointed as junior assistant in CAPD after the death of his father, Kewal Gandotra. Incumbent is presently posted as TSO (Tehsil Supply Officer) at Arnas in Reasi district, being appointed on the SRO-43 in department this enthusiastic official takes oath to rule the roost in department by his close allegiance with higher officials of CAPD and enjoys the patronage of Minister CAPD. If source are to be believed, this influential official is last in number during his appointment as junior assistant in year 2009 but being close to officers at the helm he is taken to upper number to promoted him to key post as TSO adding, those officials which are upper in number from him alleged that this is grave violations of service records and he is being promoted to TSO we are waiting in queue when we become TSO. "Being very close to AD, Kewal Krishan this TSO has been posted at his favourite place. Sources divulge that the TSO Reasi- Arnas and AD Kewal who are allegedly involved in infamous carriage scam in Rajouri is also being transferred by the authorities from Rajouri to Reasi.
