Jammu, Apr 22 : The work in the High Court Jammu Wing as well as District Court Jammu was affected as advocates suspended work resenting attack on a colleague. Following emergent meeting of JKHCBAJ held under the chairmanship its President Advocate Abhinav Sharma today work in High Court and subordinate Courts, Jammu was suspended in the wake of assault and kidnapping of its member Advocate Dr. Paramjit Singh Khera and in view of lackadaisical approach of the Police Authorities in arresting all the accused involved in the incident.The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu today in the Court Complex held a peaceful demonstration thereby protesting the inaction of Police to arrest all the miscreants. Even District Bar Association, Reasi also suspended the work in the Reasi Court in support of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu. According to General Secretary Adv AP Singh told that today 3 more accused who were apprehended by the Police, have been identified by the victim lawyer. The High Court Bar Association, Jammu has further informed the concerned Police Authorities to apprehend all the absconding persons, failing which extensive steps shall be resorted to.The meeting was attended by Vice President Pranav Kohli, General Secretary A.P.
