Mehfil-e-Mushaira organized 5/17/2016 11:00:29 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 17: Nagraad Adbi Sangam organised a Mehfil-e-Mushaira and a Mehfil-e-Afsana, here on Monday. According to press release, the programme was presided over by JN Sagar. The proceedings were conducted by Avtar Hugami. A large number of people participated in the programme. The poets who recited their poems were PN Shad, Brij Hali, AK Naz, Dr R.L.
