State is being driven to?
Bhushan Parimoo5/5/2018 11:13:49 PM
Nothing surprising with the outrageous observations from Kavinder Gupta new Deputy Chief Minister who gave vent to his feelings which in sincerity, not a slip of tongue, that the rape of an eight-year-old girl in Kathua's Rasana village, which sparked outrage across the country, is a "minor issue" and giving the case "too much importance" is "not the right thing after his swearing-in ceremony Monday. Beans had already been got lay bared much earlier wittingly or unwittingly in full gaze exposing the game plan to the discomfort of the master planners which brought no cheers but condemnation from everywhere world over. Condemnations has been of the worst kind ever seen or heard not confined to Bharatiya Janata Party cadre but whole country was projected where rapists are shielded. Dugar Deshwasis has lately realized the sinister game plan and while pleading for fair trial a whip of fresh wave hope and harmony has crept in once again , which claim to own victim as the daughter of ours and protest for retrieving our traditional honour. It is the prerogative of the party in power to choose whom they feel right person at right place for ministerial birth in the ministry. But cautious is a prerequisite duty to make it appear untainted and capable to act is placed at the helm of affairs according to the Constitution to which we owe allegiance. Which is conspicuously missing here Cabinet reshuffle has been called by the political analysts' pro-Hindutva faces. State President of the Party accused of it was his directions carried in letter and spirits as told and young Turk, Rajiv Jasrotia, who took part in the rally organized by Hindu Ekta Manch has also been suitably rewarded . Though this writer always took Rajiv Jasrotia, had once met him casually, a relative and follower of the principles of late Thakur Baldev Singh staunch Sangh Parivar, latter years fell deluged with its close minded policy. Smoke screen created did not last long to carry scheme of things to communalise the Rassana issue .It was crudely planned poorly executed which even fool can perceive. In the process got snared in the trap of Senior partner who over smarted them to Glossing paint of communilism brought it in to focus of the Worlds glare at the cost of peace living commoner. It reminds of the observation from an African Leader Kendith Kundda said when Elephants love it is the grass underneath that suffers and when in fight again it is the grass which suffers, that is how Dugardesha suffers. Viewing it under the political microscope it was a rehearsal to put to test and make amends wherever needed to be used in the state Parliament Election in 2019. Previous election of 2014 was contested for the first time in the country on religious lines drawn by Narender Modi and Shah with was iced many lollipops, Patriotism Nationalism and romped home with a thumping majority. This time it is only religion without other adjectives. State of jammu and Kashmir was not the party to the division of the subcontinent on the religious lines. Shriman Indar Mahindar Rajrajeshwar Maharajadhiraj Shri Jammu Kashmir Naresh Tatha Tibet Deshadhipati the ruler of the State never at any given time has ascribed to the Two Nation theory on religious lines. Although he was first among rulers of the subcontinent during round table conference held at London in 1930 who expressed his desire freedom from British but not tearing apart. While ascending the throne on 9 July 1925 as a Maharaja declared "My religion is justice" Hindu and Muslim are his two eyes to accord justice. Dr Shabir Choudhry, son of the soil from Bhimber, has said that In his honest and truthful approach in mitigating the woes of the unprivileged classes of the society, he was like Mahatma Gandhi. Intellectually and spiritually, Maharaja Hari Singh matched the calibre of Swami Vivekananda. In eradicating the social evils prevalent in the society, he was like Raja Ram Mohan Roy. For his modern and liberal views, statesmanship and administrative potentialities, Maharaja Hari Singh was simply superb. So to impose in the scheme of things in the name Hinduvata shall not work here it can't be a traditional religious state like many Islamic countries & Catholic state even Nepal tried to be one in the process lost throne. State belongs the bonafide citizen under State Subject rules from all faiths, Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, Buddhists and Christians who have constitutional guarantee to profess their faith without any fear. Imposing the will in the name of Hinduvata, shall not it lead in to division of the state, but shall also break the delicate balance between communities here which has been conscious of the fact to keep it protected for the welfare of all. While as the Encyclopedia Britannica, "Hindutva ('Hindu-ness'), is an ideology that sought to define Indian culture in terms of Hindu values"scholars refer to it as San?tana Dharma.Hindutva ("Hinduness"), a term popularized by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in 1923, is the predominant form of Hindu nationalism in India. The Bharatiya Janata Party adopted it as its official ideology in 1989. It is championed by the Hindu nationalist volunteer organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and its affiliate organizations, notably the Vishva Hindu Parishad, along with the older term Hindu Rashtra with .Hindu code (Dharma-shastra) .Which is governed with "Laws of Manu" known as Manu-smriti,refered as Manava-dharma-shastra ("The Dharma Text of Manu"),has defined a set of obligations incumbent on each as a member of one of the four social classes (varnas) and engaged in one of the four stages of life (ashramas). Manusmriti acknowledges and justifies the caste system as the basis of order and regularity of society. It clearly recognizes four classes of people (Brahmanas, Kshatriyas, Vaisyas and Sudras), and their respective roles in the preservation of dharma. Brahmanas and Kshatriyas are given many privileges and greater leniency in matters of punishment for misconduct, while Sudras are given the least number of privileges but the harshest of punishments even for minor misdemeanors. Hence, it is important to study Manusmriti with an open mind to understand its historical and religious significance in the evolution of Hinduism from its early days to its present form. Similarly, the laws governing the conduct of people according to their caste or occupation are discriminatory by today's standards and cannot be enforced. Despite such problems and limitation, Manusmriti has historical value. Students of Hinduism still need to study it to understand the way of life in ancient India and how people governed their lives with their help. Unlike other religions in the World, the Hindu religion does not claim any one Prophet, it does not worship any one God, it does not believe in any one philosophic concept, it does not follow any one act of religious rites or performances; in fact, it does not satisfy the traditional features of a religion or creed. It is a way of life and nothing more". "He speaks the Truth!" At the same time term Hindu used occasionally in some Sanskrit texts such as the later Rajataranginis of Kashmir (Hinduka, c. 1450) and some 16th- to 18th-century Bengali Gaudiya Vaishnava texts including Chaitanya Charitamrita and Chaitanya Bhagavata. These texts used it to distinguish Hindus from Muslims who are called Yavanas (foreigners) or Mlecchas (barbarians), with the 16th-century Chaitanya Charitamrita text and the 17th century Bhakta Mala text using the phrase "Hindu dharma. Raja Rammohan Roy the father of the Hindu Renaissance under the influence on Swami Vivekananda did made an attempt to clean it of its bad influence but failedMadan Mohan Malaviya . In 1923 in his presidential speech to Mahasabha, stated: "Friendship could exist between equals. He wanted the activists 'to educate all boys and girls, establish akharas (gymnasiums), establish a volunteer corps to persuade people to comply with decisions of the Hindu Mahasabha, to accept untouchables as Hindus and grant them the right to use wells, enter temples, get an education.' .Soon a faction broke from it on 27 September 1925 founded Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh claimed a commitment to selfless service to India, about more than 93 years have passed, division among Hindus is getting more pronounced and acrimonious .It later years Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar expressed to bring Muslim in its fold to unite India, a few were enrolled too but soon it did not progressed furthet. Moreover all ills in the society Hindivata has failed to its own people caste system, class within class social ills Corruption, Flesh trade vices baser pleasures are carried by the Hinduvata to the Hinduvata. Let those calls for Hinduvata bring order in their rank and file.Scheme of things are driving us to anarchism between deep sea and the devil, that is Islamisation and Hinduvata .Beware state subjects should not behave as a dumb driven Cattle.
